Booking
- All our prices are incl. half board and VAT; excl. local tax.
Local tax per person (from 16 years of age) and day: € 1.50 - Surcharge for single occupancy of double rooms – depends on season time
- If you book breakfast only instead of half board, we will charge less € 7.00/day.
- Depending on season and days (weekdays/weekends) a surcharge for short stays may be applicable.
- Undeground car park per day and car: € 6.00
- Dog per day (dog food excl.): € 10.00 – please let us know in advance in case you are bringing your dog Dogs may not enter the restaurant and wellness areas.
- Our rooms are ready for check-in from 3.00 PM; check-out on the day of departure is 10.00 AM
- On Christmas and New Years a once-off menu surcharge of € 15.00 is applicable for adults
- Our guests may use our WiFi throughout the hotel free of charge.
- Cleaing: Your room will be cleaned 6 days a week; we do not offer room cleaning services on Sundays (winterseason) / on Tuesdays (summerseason).

Cancellation conditions:
In case you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, please refer to the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association.
- No charges apply if you cancel your booking until 2 months before scheduled arrival.
- We charge 40% of the overall price if you cancel your booking 2 months to 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival.
- We charge 70% of the overall price if you cancel your booking 1 month to 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival.
- We charge 90% of the overall price if you cancel your booking within 1 week of your scheduled arrival.
- We charge 100% of the overall price when you don’t arrive or if you leave earlier.
We recommend you take out a travel insurance to cover any potential costs arising from cancellations.

You will receive a confirmation of reservation from the hotel to confirm your booking.
This confirmation will state the amount due. In case of premature departure we will charge the full price according to the booking confirmation.
